What HornetHive is not
HornetHive is focused on the database and the APIs over it. It does not include user authentication for your app, file storage or edge functions. If you need those in one product, a full backend platform is the better fit; if you need Postgres with APIs, close to home and in Ringgit, HornetHive is.
Moving over
Because it is plain PostgreSQL, a move is pg_dump and pg_restore. Dump your existing database, create one on HornetHive, and restore into it with the connection string from the Pro plan. Your tables are then available over REST and, after a sync, GraphQL.
pg_dump --format=tar --no-owner --no-privileges "$OLD_DATABASE_URL" > app.tar
pg_restore --no-owner --no-privileges -d "$HORNETHIVE_DATABASE_URL" app.tarUpdated
